Shipments and returns
All orders to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered using our own transport. This means we have full control over the delivery process and can track every order at any time. You can check your received goods in the presence of our driver.
The delivery date is provided when placing the order and confirmed by email the day before delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and are €4.84 gross for orders up to €100 gross. Orders above this amount are delivered free of charge. Regular customers can negotiate both the shipping cost and the order value, above which delivery is free.
By law, we are not obligated to accept returns. To return undamaged goods, please contact the Sales Department.
